Sizing and fit
Most of our pieces are cut a little relaxed. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller for a closer fit or the larger for room to layer. Each product page says how the model is wearing it.
Yes. Write to us with your usual size and the piece you like, and we answer within a working day.
Not if it is washed cool by hand or on a wool cycle and dried flat. Never tumble dry wool or cashmere.
Orders and delivery
Orders placed before 2 pm leave the same working day. Delivery takes two to four working days, a little longer abroad.
Free on orders over €150, and a flat €6 below that.
Write to us within an hour of ordering and we will change or cancel it before it is packed.
Returns and payment
Returns are free within thirty days, unworn and with the label on. Write to us and we send a prepaid label.
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, through a secure, certified payment provider. We never see your card number.
